WHAT IT DOES
• BIG SEEK-BAR GOAL — one giant animated progress bar with a moving shine, milestone ticks, a spectrum visualizer and a bright % readout with an "X to go" counter.
• GOALS PLAYLIST — stack as many goals as you like (followers, subs, bits, tips…). Each one gets its own mini progress bar, finished goals get a ✔, and a live "done / total" footer keeps score.
• CELEBRATION FLASH — a little glow-up plays the moment a goal gets smashed ♪

UPDATE IT LIVE FROM CHAT (no dashboards!)
• !goal add 5 — add to your main goal
• !goal set 150 — set the current value
• !goal target 250 — change the target
• !goal 2 add 1 — bump goal #2 (e.g. subs)
Only your broadcaster & mods can move the bars, so no one can troll your goals.
